Description

It is a coop only game, you will need a second player to play it efficiently.

Your objective is to bring all 4 magical items to their right places at center. They are randomly placed in dungeon and you should search for them and carry them back.

Tricky part is there are monsters and you can’t attack while carrying. Also you are slow as snail while carrying and so it is expected that one player should carry and other should defend him.

It is possible to carry same item by both players. In this case you are faster but both can’t attack. Also you have to sync your keys to move at that direction.

Crypto

Overview & History

Released for the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1990 by Spot Media, Crypto is an obscure, highly eccentric action-platformer that blends futuristic sci-fi tropes with mystical espionage. The storyline follows Agent Cryptic, a cybernetically enhanced government operative sent to infiltrate a sprawling subterranean syndicate known as the Obsidian Matrix. Tasked with recovering stolen biometric data crystals guarded by rogue androids, genetically modified beasts, and ruthless corporate mercenaries, players must navigate increasingly hostile environments ranging from toxic waste refineries to neo-futuristic urban slums. Despite receiving little marketing fanfare upon its initial release, the game has since garnered a cult following among retro collectors for its bizarre aesthetic blending cyberpunk tech with ancient esoteric symbols.

Gameplay Features & Mechanics

Crypto is structured across six grueling, non-linear stages filled with environmental hazards, hidden passageways, and relentless enemy spawn points. Unlike traditional run-and-gun titles, Agent Cryptic relies on a unique energy-based arsenal rather than standard ammunition. Players must manage a fluctuating "Sync Meter," which dictates both the potency of weapon attacks and the duration of stealth cloaking abilities. Combat revolves around precise timing and close-quarters versatility. Cryptic's default move set includes a high-frequency plasma blade for melee strikes, a projectile wrist-blaster for ranged combat, and a grappling hook that allows for vertical traversal across crumbling scaffolding. Scattered throughout each level are encrypted data pads; collecting all of them unlocks secret armory upgrades that permanently enhance maximum health or grant double-jump capabilities. Boss encounters require pattern memorization, demanding that players exploit environmental hazards—such as electrical conduits and acid vats—to drain massive enemy health bars efficiently.
