Players control Ken Feral, a tribe member who possesses the ancient spiritual power to transform into a legendary, blade-wielding lycanthrope. Ken represents humanity's final hope against the tyrannical mad scientist Dr. Fagan, who has conquered the planet using an army of horrific, bio-engineered mutants. Gameplay Features & Mechanics

The core gameplay revolves around managing Ken’s physical states. Ken begins stages in his vulnerable human form, relying on weak punches. By collecting red "W" items, he transforms into the Warwolf. In this state, he gains deadly blade-like claws, enhanced agility, and the unique ability to cling to walls and crawl across ceilings to bypass hazards. Collecting a blue "W" turns Ken into a golden super-warwolf with double attack power. However, taking damage or collecting negative items can revert him back to human form. Players must also manage a unique Anger Meter; as Ken takes damage, his rage builds, eventually allowing him to unleash a screen-clearing energy blast. Success requires mastering vertical platforming, utilizing the warwolf's acrobatic flips, and memorizing aggressive enemy patterns across five highly challenging, hazard-filled stages.
