Description

Aliens: Armageddon is a light gun shooter featuring the Xenomorphs from the Alien franchise. Earth has been overrun by Aliens. Mankind’s last hope is to fight their way to a cargo ship and leave Earth for good.

The game moves the player automatically as he has to gun down enemies both ground based and flying. As the player makes progress through a destroyed city, he will encounter various Aliens and bosses. Sometimes a stationary gun has to be manned to repel hordes of incoming aliens. Additional weapons like a flame thrower can be picked up along the way. The game can be played solo or with a friend.

Operating on a robust PC-based arcade hardware setup housed inside striking, custom-molded cabinets featuring iconic backlit plasma rifles, the game delivered a visceral theater-style experience to arcades worldwide. As elite Colonial Marines—or civilian survivors caught in the crossfire—players must carve a path through swarms of facehuggers, chestbursters, ferocious adult drones, and towering alien queens across multiple cinematic stages, striving to prevent the total extinction of mankind.
